Prosperoats™ was born out of a desire for a wholesome & quick breakfast that could keep us on our feet all morning and get us through our last workout of the evening. The truth is, we live on the move (and we really mean “on the move” ... Denver, FoCo, Austin, Costa Rica, Spain, Brazil, Chile -- man do we move!) and in every red-eyed airport, at every urgent pit stop, and every busy morning commute we’ve ever been in… all we’ve wanted is a place to get a delicious, healthful, portable meal that won’t weigh us down or make us sorry later.

And that was really too much to ask for -- until now! Prosperoats™ is striving to change the way you think about breakfast, in both its purpose and versatility. Everybody knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but you didn’t know that you could eat it for lunch and dinner, too. And that you would feel better at the end of the day for doing so. It’s time to take charge of meals, for the good of breakfast.

Think about if every meal you ate were as important as breakfast. Well, now they can be.

Prosperoats™ has pretty lofty goals in the breakfast category, but we’ve never planned to just stop there. We are a company that believes in our mission as much as in our community. Our goal is that our customers and our employees partner with us in taking ownership for our community by buying locally, being well-informed and giving back.

Prosperoats™ promises to do our part by choosing the highest-quality, local businesses around to supply us with what we need, by always informing our customers about what is in their food, and by giving back to our community in every way we can.

At Prosperoats™ we believe that every company should have a set of core values, a moral compass, that guides decision-making and standards of action. We strongly believe in our values and expect that our employees and partners do as well.

  • Transparency: Everybody has a right to know what’s going into their food, so we make it easy.
  • Product Quality: The quality on opening day should be the same 10 years from now; no cutting corners, no skimping, no way.
  • Customer Satisfaction: The only way to build up a client base is to keep our customers happy. Only when they’re satisfied are we satisfied. If you have a problem, we have a problem so be sure to let us know and we will get it fixed just as quickly as possible!
  • Commitment to Community: Our community supplies our customers, so we go out of our way to keep our community healthy and happy.
